Penn Quarter
Just south of Chinatown and east of Foggy Bottom, this area on the east end of DC is as "downtown" as you can get. Penn Quarter has been recently renovated, combining a historic look and feel with modern elements as a result. Penn Quarter features some of the priciest properties you'll find in Washington DC.

- Catch a Caps or Wizards game at the Verizon Center or a play at the Shakespeare Theater.
