Logan Circle
An historically rich area, Logan Circle is said to be the only Washington DC neighborhood to have preserved its Victorian skyline. Surrounding a traffic circle of the same name, the Logan Circle area neighbors Dupont Circle and the K Street corridor, making it an ideal location to live for folks who work in these areas.
- Walking distance to the Shaw-Howard University (green line), U Street-Cardozo (green line), Mt. Vernon Square (green and yellow lines) and McPherson Square (blue and orange lines) metro stops.
- At night, the 14th street area comes alive, when its bars and other nightlife establishments begin to bustle with activity.
- The 14th street commercial corridor features galleries, boutiques and bookstores. Whole Foods located at 15th and P streets is a local hotspot for foodies.
- Properties in this area include modern apartments for rent and refurbished Victorian brownstones.
- Logan Circle is walking distance from the Convention Center, the White House, Chinatown and other downtown areas. Getting to Washington National Airport requires only a 10-minute cab ride.
